Ithuluzi lomshini we-Kinco 4/5 i-axis motor drive system ingabambisana ngokuphelele ne-fanuc, umfowethu kanye nolunye uhlelo olujwayelekile lwe-CNC, igcwalise kahle izidingo zenqubo, ikhuthaze inqubo yemboni ye-3C, ikhuthaze ukuguqulwa kwe-axis yomshini 4/5.
Umsebenzi:
1) Uhlelo lwe-motor drive luhlinzeka ngembobo yokuxhumana engu-232/485 kanye nesixhumi esibonakalayo se-I/O, esingaxhumeka ngokuphelele ne-fanuc, abazalwane, i-mitsubishi, i-Siemens nezinye izinhlelo ze-CNC ezivamile.
2)Isistimu ye-Motor drive inothile ekucushweni, enganikeza idrayivu eqondile ye-zero-back-gap DD, inani eliphelele le-servo motor + i-harmonic reducer kanye nokunye ukucushwa kokudlulisela ngokwesidingo.
3)I-algorithm yesofthiwe emisha isekela isinxephezelo segebe neminye imisebenzi ukuze kuthuthukiswe ukunemba komshini.
Inzuzo:
1) Isistimu yokushayela izithuthuthu inokuguquguquka okunamandla futhi ingashintshwa ukuze ifane ne-fanuc, abazalwane, i-mitsubishi, i-Siemens nezinye izinhlelo zokulawula ezijwayelekile. Abasebenzisi abadingi ukuthola abakhiqizi bohlelo ukuze bathuthukise umsebenzi okhethekile we-4-eksisi, okonga kakhulu izindleko.
2) Isistimu yokushayela imoto kulula ukuyilawula futhi kulula ukuyisebenzisa, inciphisa izintambo zesistimu kanye nesikhathi sokulungisa iphutha.
